1. MY MISSION

As Boise’s Blue Collar Veteran LLC I believe a business is only as strong as the community it supports. My mission is to provide professional-grade handyman support, and transport services while ensuring that those who have served our country, our struggling seniors, and our neighbors in times of hardship are never left behind. With a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management and a Six Sigma Green Belt, I don’t just 'fix things'—I manage projects. My academic background allows me to streamline workflows, accurately forecast material needs, and ensure every job is completed with the professional oversight you’d expect from a corporate contractor, but with a local, blue-collar touch..

2. MY TIERED PRICING COMMITMENT

To remain sustainable while serving the community, we utilize a three-tier pricing model:

Standard Rate: Competitive market pricing for commercial and residential clients. These margins allow us to subsidize our community-focused work.
Honor Rate: Reserved for Veterans/First Responders and Seniors (65+). This covers our basic operating costs and a modest labor fee to maintain equipment.
Compassion Rate (At-Cost): Reserved for individuals facing documented unfortunate circumstances (job loss, medical emergency, etc.). I charge only for fuel and materials; labor is provided at no cost. This option will require an application form and very short interview follow up if further questions are needed, and approved case by case.

3. THE BLUE-COLLAR PROMISE

Safety First: I never sacrifice safety for cost. Every job, whether for-profit or at-cost, is completed to the highest professional standards.
Material Transparency: For the Honor tier, I provide a low material markup, and for the Compassion tier NO material markup, passing our direct contractor savings to the client.

MY SERVICES

Professional-grade maintenance and repair, executed with Lean efficiency.
- Handyman Repairs & Maintenance: Specialized in "the hard fixes"—light carpentry, door/window hardware, fence repairs, and general home preservation.
- Property & Yard Support: Light landscaping, seasonal clean-ups, and outdoor assembly projects.
- Hauling & Specialized Transport: Efficient transport of equipment, heavy materials, or "big box" purchases. (Towing services coming soon). This is case by case and will require signed liability waiver.
